We use a synthetic polyester substrate that, when heated during production, forms a permanent bond with the encapsulate, giving it great flexibility and strength. The finished product is a very durable waterproof credit card that can be custom-designed, printed, sealed and cut to your requirements. The full colour print process gives strong vibrant colours.
